Business Automation

The web portals are designed to work in conjunction with MDD, which is an automated documentation system. MDD is capable of sending email based on your business data, for example it can send despatch notes to your customers the second an item is despatched to that particular customer. The email can contain any combination of fields held within your database, it can also contain a hyperlink which when clicked opens up the customer portal, authenticates them and passes them onto the appropriate page automatically!

Just imagine if you could send all you invoices out on email, with a link saying "Accepted". When they click that link it opens your portal, updates that particular invoice record by entering a pre-determined digit in your live database. Just think of the time you would save communicating with you customers accounts departments?

The good news is it's all possible...
